Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Classic Parts web platform and WhatsApp Business service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• Business accounts are reviewed and approved by Classic Parts before they become active. We may decline or suspend an account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid business identity where required. Impersonating another company or claiming ownership you do not hold is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful auto spare-parts trading and related business purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data.
• Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes the rights of others.

Quotations & orders

Prices and part availability shown or quoted are indicative and may change until an order is confirmed. A quotation is not a binding offer unless we confirm it in writing.

Data & privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Classic Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
