Classic Parts is an auto spare-parts business operating in the United Arab Emirates. This policy covers our website and our WhatsApp Business messaging service.
What we collect
- WhatsApp messages you send to our business number — including your phone number, name, vehicle identification number (VIN), requested parts, and any photos you share of parts.
- Order and quotation history — requests, quotes, and outcomes, kept to serve you faster on repeat visits.
- Account data for registered business users of our web platform (name, email, activity logs).
How we use it
- To identify the parts you need and collect price quotations from our supplier network.
- To reply to your enquiries, send you price quotes, and confirm orders over WhatsApp or email.
- Automated (AI-assisted) processing may be used to read your message and extract the requested part and VIN so we can answer quickly. Messages that cannot be processed automatically are handled by our staff.
What we share
- Part descriptions and VINs are shared with our suppliers to obtain quotations. Your name and phone number are not shared with suppliers.
- Messaging is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., whose own privacy terms apply to message transport.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry history for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your enquiry history at any time by messaging our WhatsApp number or emailing us.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us at classic4shj@gmail.com or send "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp business number. We will confirm once your data has been removed.
